Cancellation policy
Under EU legislation, you can cancel your online purchase within 7 working days from the day you receive the ordered products.
Seven-day period does not apply to hotel reservations, car rental , airfare , cruises and more.
Cancellation policy hotel reservations
You can cancel your hotel reservation without penalty up to the date mentioned as the latest date of cancellation. After this date , if you cancel your reservation, the penalty is 100% of the reservation .
Cancel a reservation for car rental and cruise
You can cancel your reservation for car rental under the terms and conditions which you can see at the time of boo.
Cancellation of airline ticketsYou can cancel your reservation ticket before issuing it without penalty. After this point, if you want cancellation, the rules of the issuing airline tariff will be applied (although part of the journey can be performed by another carrier) .
Policy for the supply of goods / provision of services
As a rule, travel documents are electronic and delivered by email in one business day after their payment. Cruise documents are delivered by e-mail no later than 7 working days before the cruise, in case all necessary passenger data is provided.
Claims
All claims are dealt with in writing the terms of the applicable legislation. In case you are not satisfied with the information provided by Premier Tours service (reservation) , you can contact us at amex@premiertours.bg. In case you are not satisfied with the service provided by third parties (airline , cruise company , hotel, car rental company or other ) we will assist in filing a claim against a third party under the applicable rules and procedures .
Refunds
In the event that it is possible to refund you, we will do it within 3 business days.
In case we need to return you money for paid to us with a card contracted or delivered / performed goods or services, we will refund you by a credit transaction on the card used for the original purchase.
Payment procedure
In order to make a payment using this website, you need to follow the below steps:
You will receive from us order number
Please enter your order number and surname
On the next step you can review your order – details, amount, and reason for payment. In case of any discrepancies, please contact us immediately and do not continue.
After selecting the payment you will be taken to the next page where you can select the payment type – please chose the preferred and click on Confirm.
If you have chosen card as payment type, a payment page of the servicing bank opens where you enter your card details – number, validity, name and security code.
In case we need to return you money for paid to us with a card contracted or delivered / performed goods or services, we will refund you by a credit transaction on the card used for the original purchase.
If the transaction is successful (received authorization), a transaction receipt is displayed onscreen, which you print or save.
Credit Cards
We accept MasterCard, MasterCard Electronic, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron, VPAY.
Please note that your V PAY or MasterCard Electronic card will be accepted only if it is registered for participation in the online authentication schemes Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode.
The maximum amount per transaction is BGN 10,000.
If you use UBB as servicing bank, your card will be charged immediately if you chose to purchase, or the amount will be first authorized and then captured, once we confirm to the bank.
The transaction currency for card payments is Bulgarian Lev (BGN). If there are prices on the site in other currencies, in addition to Bulgarian Lev, these are for informational purposes only and may not be exactly equal to the billed amount on your card account in the same currency.
Personal data
When using this web site, you will provide the following data:
Card and authentication data – Premier tours has no access to those data and they are handled by the servicing bank only.
Name and surname are collected and stored by Premier tours in the online payment system and used for payments only. Those data are not passed to third parties related to payments.
